The issue appears to be due to sensitivity problems. NØSS and KAØOUV to investigate. Digipeater report: No problems noted. MEPN: Antennas have been installed, radio and other equipment to be installed later. KCØPET and KCØLZG to host a program about packet at a future meeting. Emergency Coordinators report: KCØPET discussed the Missouri New Madrid earthquake exercise to be held June 19 – 21. The club discussed ham communications in the event an earthquake did happen. CW Class: The CW class continues to meet every Saturday, at 0645 (before breakfast), at Mel’s Country Café. License class: NØSS reported that 3 members of the class took and passed technician license exams. Three or four others to test in the future. New business: Field Day 2007: Porite site has been secured. MEROC, DPS and new command vehicle are lined up. Easter Seals Walk: KØJNW will be involved with the Easter Seals walk/run on May 19. He needs 6 volunteers to provide communication support. A few have volunteered already. MO QSO Party: Participants in the 2007 Missouri QSO Party (NØSS, W4RK, NNØB, WØESE, etc) discussed their experiences in the contest. NNØB to move: Steve announced that he will be moving to Silver City, New Mexico after Field Day. Steve will resign as MMARC Vice President at that time. WØS: Kent, K9ZTV discussed the WØS special event station to be held in Branson April 14-15. The event is to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Titanic tragedy. Kent will be driving to Branson to participate and invited any club members to join him. Willis: Kent, K9ZTV had an ARRL diamond member brick made in honor of Willis P. Corwin (9ABD).
