CW ID and courtesy tone needs programmed. Digipeater report: No problems noted. MEPN: Work is underway for SEMA site. Emergency Coordinators report: Some discussion of the Easter Seals Walkathon May 20, 2006. NNØB discussed the MS-150 to be held this year September 9th and 10th. 3200 riders are expected and the number of sag wagons will increase to 30. ARES planning for the event can be found at: www.ares-mo.org/ms150/ CW Class: The CW class continues to meet every Saturday, at 0645 (before breakfast), at Mel’s Country Café. New business: Field Day: The Porite site has been secured. NNØB has contacted Richard Stump and requested comm. trailers. Reduced dues for students: NØEAX suggested the club offer a discount of club dues for students. The club by-laws already gives a discount to students. Ham Radio Books: NØEAX suggested the club provide ARRL handbooks to Boy Scouts who have earned their Radio Merit Badge. WØESE suggested the club consider donating ham radio books to the local library. NØEAX volunteered to contact the library. Hamfests: Warrensburg July 15th VE exams: Congratulations to Owen, KCØLZG who took and passed his General exam! Program: NØKSF showed his spectrum analyzer he is building.
