2 meter Repeater Report:  KAØOUV showed off the new repeater (Vertex Standard VXR-7000).  New repeater will use the current controller.  Installation of new equipment requires   assistance from someone with a service monitor.  Cause of the noise on current repeater discovered to be power out driving the amplifier.   New equipment will not have the problem.

Digi-peater Report:  Feed line loose on the tower and needs maintained. 

Emergency Coordinator’s Report:  KCØPET still the coordinator and transitioning to NNØB.  

CW Class:  The class is every Saturday at 6:45 a.m. at Mel’s.



New Business:


Officers/club appointments: President: K9ZTV, Vice President: NNØB, Secretary-Treasurer: WØESE, Club Trustee: NØSS, Tech committee: NØSS, KAØOUV, KBØHNR, Board members: NØROK (1 year term), KCØJDW (2 year term), NØKSF (3 year term)
Club project:  NØKSF proposed having a club project.  NØSS and NØKSF to come up with a project.
Hamfests:  Jan 28 Collinsville
	         Jan 21 St. Joe
Program/show and tell:  K9ZTV showed and discussed a 32ft. fiberglass mast from the mast company.  The club discussed possible topics for future meetings.  The suggestions included Baluns and ununs, the use of ferrite to solve RFI, and how to use an antenna analyzer.
