2 meter Repeater Report:  Amp located for replacement, but not yet installed.  

Digi-peater Report:  No problems noted.

Emergency Coordinator’s Report:  CCERT to be deployed for hurricane Katrina relief.  WNØX, KCØCZI, and KØEMT to provide 10 day missions for communication support.

CW Class:  The class is every Saturday at 6:45 a.m. at Mel’s.

MEPN 6 Meter Node:  2 Meter antenna still needed.

MS-150:  Volunteers are still need for sag wagons.  The event is scheduled for September 10th and 11th.


New Business:

Frankenstein:  Plans for the special event were discussed.  KCØNZC had communicated with the local school.  The school would allow us to use their building in exchange for presenting a ham radio program to the students.

Education Committee:  NØKSF proposed forming an education committee.  The committee would arrange programs for the club.


Hamfests:    Peoria, IL Aug. 17th 

VE exams:  None

Program:  KCØHOS demonstrated Winlink 2000
